VSEBINA:

FBI agent Jake Malloy just can't nail a serial killer who's been targeting cops. The killer has already
killed nine cops. Not only does the killer despise policemen, but he also has a grudge against Malloy for
pursuing him during a string of prostitute murders four years ago. The killer finally decides to hit Malloy
where it hurts, killing one of Malloy's friends on the force, and brutally killing Malloy's fiancé Mary. The
grief sends Malloy off the deep end and causes him to become alcoholic, forcing Malloy's colleague,
Detective Hendricks, to sign Malloy up at a remote detox clinic in a snow-covered part of Wyoming.

VSEBINA:

Predelave tipičnega filma katastrofe iz leta 1972 se je lotil režiser Wolfgang Petersen,

ustvaril pa je tudi spektakle Troja, Ugrabitev in Izbruh. Zgodba govori o veliki ladji
Poseidon, ki jo gromozanski val prevrne na glavo. Skupina pod vodstvom poklicnega
hazarderja Johna (Josh Lucas - Nevidni bojevnik, Hulk) se odpravi sama poiskati izhod,
toda kmalu naletijo na številne nepremagljive ovire. V skupini je tudi zaskrbljeni Robert
(Kurt Russell - Sky High: Šola za junake, Pobeg in New Yorka), ki skuša najti hčerko
(Emmy Rossum - Fantom iz opere, Dan po jutrišnjem), toda ladja se vedno hitreje polni

Opis:
In a city ravaged by violent crime, the police department’s anti-gang task force uses any means at its disposal to get the bad guys off the streets, with cops often acting as judge, jury and executioner. As the unit’s self-justifying brutality and corruption spiral further out of control, gang member-turned-cop Armando Sancho (Clifton Collins Jr.) begins to question the life he and his partner Salim Adel (Cuba Gooding Jr.) have chosen. So when Internal Affairs agents investigating the division’s abuses offer him a deal to come clean about the unit’s misdeeds, Sancho must decide whether to heed his conscience or his loyalty to his fellow officers. On the hot, smoggy day Salim and Sancho are scheduled to testify to IA, the two rogue cops agree to run a lucrative, illegal operation for the station’s top brass (Keith David and Cole Hauser).
